Fun from A to Z: three strikes your out

So the next A to Z is happening (probably not a surprise anymore) but we are doing another one. In honor of the World Series we had to do something on baseball, so of course what's more baseball-y than strikeouts. Basically we can only hire 3 promotable specs (since those are the "OP" ones) after that we can't hire any more. We cannot even hire their base forms. We can only have three specialists with the ability to be promoted or that already are promoted.

I don't understand this... is it just you can only have 3 specs at a time? But what's with red?

I think it's they're only allowed to have 3 promotable and/or promoted specs

My part one is finally out. I wanted it out sooner but the upload speed was really bad last night, wasn't much better today but i was still able to get it out.
