Stacking Specialists: A story of Insanity

Strategy, feedback, or anything SUBTERFUGE-related

Sorry buddy, the developers already prevented that. Thieves only activate during attacks and you can only have 3 specialist on a single sub.

Sentries - Maybe try getting so many an enemy sub is attacked every tick, or maybe even multiple times every tick
Thieves - With enough thieves, one could lose next to no drillers when attacking outposts.
Kings - If their effects even stack, you could theoretically make an enemy lose all of their drillers (even if they had insane amounts). I wouldn't imagine you could stack shield charge, though.

Sentries. They do "stack" but two sentries doent attack twice as fast, they just attack two at a time.
Thieves. You can only put three on a sub...
kings. We all know how insane they are.

  • Since we are asking how really weird stacked global specialist work, I have my own questions. If you have 7 MoE's, you clearly couldn't produce drillers. But:

Does the production timer on the factory still count down, or does it freeze like when you reach your cap?
Does having a foreman on a factory boost the factory enough to continue to produce drillers?

It will tell you "+0 per 8.0 hours" so i imagine it's still counting down

Also Foremen and Tycoons boost their local factories by +6 and +3 so factories under their care should last a tiny bit longer than their neighbors.

  • I've got 8 MoE's going to a factory right now, we will be able to report on it within 12 hours or so

  • I did this almost a year ago with some friends and you should stop multiplying drillers with the engineers. What happened with us is that we reached the 32 bit cap of drillers, so we just couldnt enter the game, it crashed before we could do anything. So... be careful :P

  • I'm not afraid of some 1.2m drill sub coming at me. Just give me one DA or Martyr. :D

Numbers stored as a 32-bit integer (whole number, no fractions) if signed have a range from −2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647. Or unsigned a max of 4,294,967,295. You can read more here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer ... er_science)
