SUBTERFUGE Forums

Guys, the forums are great but on problem is that it's very disconnected from the game. We need to affect the players and make sure they don't leave. Incurring people to the forums is great but they usually don't listen. I think we should bring them to the forums a different way.

MY AMAZING IDEA:

We should do weekly or monthly L2 giveaways.
Once a week (or month) over of us starts a casual game called L2 giveaway and they should give the winner L2 (or if an already L2 wins then the top L1).
This should be done by bringing them to the forums and pming them a $10 giftcard code.

We should be able to afford at least 2 giveaways a month if people are commited.

That's a great idea. It'll make me try harder, for starters

Buying people free stuff does not mean they will stay. After they get their free L2 they'll just leave.

They'll have played a game with us, and will know how nice we are and what life is like on these forums.

So? They don't care about us, they care about the free L2 were handing out. Once that's gone, so are they.

We will only give it to people who played at least a few games, not first timers. If they played this game for a month or two then they probably won't leave.

I completely disagree. It really won't improve the quality of the forums. Someone back me up here.

I second this. So forum L1s who have played at least 5 forum games can enter.
