Enjoyed the read and agree with your conclusions.
I too wish we had additional statistics on how many specialists have been offered vs hired. And unrated game stats would be interesting too.

Hey baer, we played in a game together a while ago (topkilla - finished two months ago). We had a good back and forth battle.
