If we wanted to get really court like we could do 3 judge rulings that are bound by precedent, that is to say must follow the law as it is laid forth in our previous rulings. The only way to overturn an old decision is by an en banc hearing, all 5 judges sitting and hearing the case together. As far as a constitution, seems like it would be a decent idea to have a short list of rules, but I think they would function more like a set of statutes than a constitution. The constitution sets up a government and tells everyone what their jobs are, doesn’t exactly make rules. Lol.

Oh yeah? Well I'm a literalism, and I want to know what was intended when Ron and Noel made the game. Who cares about whatever decisions happened after that.

I’m pulling off playing for a while. Too much stress. Maybe a game here and there, but nothing like my golden days
