Links for outpost names, etc?

Strategy, feedback, or anything SUBTERFUGE-related

  • I was wondering if it's planned to add a quick way to link the outposts name you're talking about in chat.

Once you have linked it in can people can click on it and it moves to their view to where it is highlighted. =)

  • yes, it's on our list. tapping an outpost while typing will add its name to the message you're typing.

  • yes, will be nice to have a "tag" system for outpost and player.
so be able with @ or # (just for example) to add outpost and people, maybe with the aoutocompletition, and in the text be able to have a link on the map (in case of outpost) or, at least, the player color...

    thanks

  • You could also do the same thing for timestamps, with the ability to jump the time machine to that time.

That would be a way to resolve the issue people bring up with different timezones if a "local time" feature were introduced, since messages with timestamp links would display in their own local time for anyone who had the "local time" option selected.

  • But I regularly just tap on towns while in chat, wouldn't it be annoying if I had to always delete them? maybe make it so that you have to double tap it?
