At a guess are you asking in response to the description of the Assassin? Yes, he kills your Queen.

Also, in terms of the General's ability. The queen will kill 10 drillers by using the general ability if necessary.
I don't think I've ever accomplished that with my queen on offense, a bit risky, but on defense it could help.
