Would it be possible to investigate adding various notification options into the game? As it stands, I have to either accept whatever default the game has or block it entirely via the OS (Android). It would be nice to get some granular choices including when it pings, what noise it makes, whether it makes the noise at all etc.

Anyone else facing the dilemma of keeping notifications completely on or completely off?

I have this exact complaint. This seems like a serious oversight. It shouldn't be all or nothing. Allow a vibration without a noise or just a notification by itself without noise or vibration. The forced notifications is a pretty big detractor from an otherwise well made game. Please fix this soon.

The developers have said they plan on adding notification settings in the future.

Hopefully "in the future" means in the next week because I'm not digging it. That's the only thing keeping me from dropping the $10 and upgrading. I don't want to indefinitely deal with annoying notifications.

You could always disable the notifications.

Come on man, if $10 bucks is outta your price range then maybe try a different game, game is well worth $10 and I'm tired of all the negative reviews and comments about dropping $10 bucks on the game.... Support the game and the developers and they will make the game even better than it is, but whatever you do please quit complaining about $10 dollars
