scheduling new specialists

Hi,
I can't for the life of me, work out how to hire a specialist hours into the future, when they aren't available yet.
Can anyone help please?

Hi,
you need to move forward in time and then click your queen. There you see the icons of the specialist you can hire at that moment in time. Click on a specialist icon and then on hire. At least thats the way I figured out and it also worked for me already.

Got it, you have to use up one of the currently available specialists before you can schedule a future one.. Thanks!
