  • So a few thoughts specifically is allowing more tools to coordinate.


    IE instead of saying in the clock "24 hours from now" it would be better to both include "24 hours from now" and also "at day5 13:00" that way when people get a delayed message they can still easily calculate timing for coordinated attacks.

    Secondly.

    More options for notifications. setting priority commands sound settings. Other such options.

    Thirdly,

    Would it be possible to set up "pathways" between nodes? More or less a road system that would allow faster transport. Flavor text could be ocean currents. Might be too complicated, but one issue I have seen is the affect of speed specialists. Allowing friendly nodes to say pay 25:50:100:150, drillers to "build a water way" might be valuable. This mechanic is mostly only for late game. Could also be a specialist mechanic as well.


    Not sure how valuable these ideas are, they could be complete trash.

    fourth is more of a question.
    Are there plans to add more structure types, upgradable or specialist wise?

    Thank you for this fantastic game! I have not EVER played a game as well crafted and designed as this before. (for IOS and Android).

  • Good points!

    1) To keep it short his could be displayed as "Day 5 - 13:00 (+8.3 h)" for a timestamp in the future, the + being replaced by - when scrolling through history.

    2) Notification settings are confirmed to scheduled for an update.

    3) This would be a bit difficult because in theory all outposts could be connected, so there will be lots of potential pathways, complicating the map layout. Also, what should happen when two paths cross, will that create an intersection? Paths don't appeal to me personally, but that could also just be because I'm still challenged by some of the other game mechanics.

    4) This is a dangerous one for me to answer, because I believe that I read that they would love to expand the game, but I don't remember the source so I could be wrong. Ive read about other games as well lately. Let's first see that the game gets a stable userbase, the devs get payed for their work and ongoing server time, etc. But same as with 3) I think for the foreseeable future I'll be challenged by the game the way it is! :D New elements would bring new balancing issues so hopefully they take things slow.
