tinkerer language

The tinkerer is currently described as "When one or more tinkerers are at an outpost, owner's electrical output is increased by 3 times the outpost's maximum shield charge..."

I was led to believe by this text that 'maximum shield charge' would be post-modifiers. So that if have an outpost with a tinkerer, 10 base shields, and a queen, my electricity would be boosted by 90. Instead it was boosted by 30, indicating 'maximum shield charge' is not affected by modifiers like the queen or security chief.

Was anyone else confused by this? Would this be worth clarifying in the description?

hey gabe, it IS meant to use the post-modifiers max charge. if it does not, can you let me know which game / outpost you see this in? we'll track it down and fix it.
