Suggestion: Autofill outpost names

When we're talking about who is taking what, where and when it would be great if the names of the outpost names were autofilled in. Would make life a little easier.
Bonus points: make them clickable so it centres the view on the base being referred to.

The developers already have it on their list of things they would like to add.

i don't think there is a physical list open to the public; one of the developers talked about it in another thread that it is planned
