Cancelling Subs

Is there an easier way to cancel subs than the future actions list?
I find myself trying to roll back the time to exactly when the sub was scheduled so I can cancel or tweak it. Would be useful to have a "jump to launch" as well as the existing "jump to arrival" buttons.

you can tap a sub that hasn't been launched yet and in the tab that pops up, above the scroll to choose how many drillers are sent, there is a red rectangle that says cancel launch or something similar.
you can use the time dial scheduled list and tap on a future action to bring you to the time when it is scheduled to happen.

Yes, but what I mean is, if you've already scheduled a sub for launch, getting back to the right time where the button is available isn't easy. If you're too late, there is no cancel option, if you're too early, you can't select the sub.

If you expand the time machine box a little area appears with all your future orders. Then you can just click on the order and it takes you right to it, at the correct point in time. At least that's the way it works on iOS.

What goat-feeder said. It still requires use of the future-actions tab, but you don't have to manually roll back time - just click the action and you go right to when it was scheduled (not sure if it works this way on Android yet - if not, it still shows you exactly when it was scheduled so it shouldn't be too difficult to get to that point).

Yes it works like this on Android too. It can be hard to identify which sub you're looking at - IIRC it doesn't highlight in the list.
So, some proposed tweaks that would help cancelling subs:
- Let subs be cancelled even if you're not looking at it's pre-launch time
- Or: a 'go to launch' button, similar to the arrival button, so you can quickly jump to the right time when you can cancel it.
- Highlight the selected sub in the future actions list.

double tapping on a dotted line indicating a future order will also cancel it i believe, though this is pretty messy when you have multiple future orders along or near the same line

Very true.
Also, a single tap is a means of selecting the order to then cancel via the Time Machine or the driller selection menu. I have found that when I have multiple orders over the same path, I might tap on the line (the near term order is selected), roll the Time Machine forward a little and tap again until I get to the one I want.
