So some general questions about production
When tapping a factory you get +6 in [time] and every x.x hours. what determines the x.x? it seems to change.

Also, I have a factory with both a foreman and a tycoon. the foreman is giving the +6 bonus and the tycoon is giving the +3 bonus each production cycle. However the Tycoon does not appear the be giving the +50% rate bonus. That factory shows the same "every x.x hours" as all the others. it is only producing 15/cycle. I would expect it to be either higher per cycle or have a shorter cycle then the rest of the factories. I don't understand, can someone please clarify? Thanks!

However the Tycoon does not appear the be giving the +50% rate bonus. That factory shows the same "every x.x hours" as all the others

the tycoon's production bonus affects ALL outpost. if you have one tycoon, all your factories should say +X every 5.3 hours. normally it's every 8.0 hours. what X is depends on what you have at the outpost. normally +6, but foreman and tycoon's local bonuses change that. being funded by another player also changes how many drillers you produce per cycle.

Does it really? I used a tycoon in a game two days ago and ONLY the base I had it on got extra production.

The Tycoon has a global ability and a local ability.

All of your factories should get the speed boost and produce drillers at the same speed.

The local ability only affects the factory that your Tycoon is located at, and that outpost should produce 3 more drillers each cycle for you.

Things that would change that is if you're at around your maximum driller capacity (which can happen with the fast driller production rate). Let's say you have 396 drillers out of 400 capacity. Then the next factory will produce only 4 drillers to put you at 400 and then production will halt.

Yeah I just realized that the Tycoon actually just boosts the amount of time in which you get 6 drillers faster, and not 8 drillers every normal cycle. Fooled me for a little bit. Messing around with the clock doesn't show your driller production rate in the future and I got killed shortly after I got the Tycoon so i didn't notice the global effect being used.
