So, I can hire a new specialist or promote a few others. The ones I can hire are easily spotted. Click on the queen when she has a black numbers above her head showing the available hires or by clicking the specialists menu at the bottom. Very logical. But later game I can also promote a bunch of specialists. I have to search them all over the map and clicking every one of them to see if they are promotable. Off course, after a few games you know the icons by hearth. But wouldn't it be great if the promotable specialists also get an icon above their head when you have a hire/promotion available? And perhaps in the specialists menu you can show the 3 available hires and underneath them the ones that can be promoted.


Also one question.
If I already have one tycoon and I hire/promote a second one, does their ability stack? So does the drillers production increase with another 50% ?
