Is it possible to stack speed+ specialists to create really fast subs? i.e. stacking helmsmen and/or lieutenants
Or is there a speed limit?

Read the description carefully. Most of them say that they travel 50% or 2x faster than an ordinary sub. If they say that, they don't stack.

Imagine that though. Stacking enough to get almost instant arrivals. That would be lovely.
