I just started playing a couple of days after the launch so I might just be doing it wrong but on any of the tactic puzzles where you are supposed to fund your ally, it won't give me the option to fund. I've even ask players on the real game how to do it so I'm sure I'm trying to do it correctly

Also I don't know if this would change anything but I have a IPhone 5S with IOS 9.0

Can you share what you're doing, what you're expecting to happen, and what doesn't happen?

You're supposed to open the Intelligence Report tab, and for every player that has 20 Neptunium less than you, there should be a grayscale box under the Funding column. If you tap that box, it should ask you to confirm if you want to fund them, and if you do a dot appears in that column to indicate that you started funding them.
