  • Yep, definetely having the same problem; yesterday i was just able to play, but now I can't see anything except for the notifications on my ipad mini. I'm using ios 9

    Sometimes, when I was still able to normally play the game, the game crashed or gave an error because I was using to much accounts at the same time. But no one else here plays this game and I only play on one account.
    Maybe this error has the same cause as with the multiple sessions error.

    I think/hope it is just a server error so it will be fixed asap, because most of the people here are just recently experiencing the bug

    Same error here, I was able to play just before the last application update.
    Wifi or mobile network (4G).

    Edit : Andriod 5.1.1

  • Same error... On iPhone just happened about an hour ago!!!!

  • I'm having the same issue as well and this isn't a good time in the game to be having this issue; I hope it gets resolved soon.

  • I think I might have figured it out. If you are logged onto the forums from any device try logging out of the forums, it just worked for me.

    I was experiencing exactly this, across two devices on the same account (one tablet on WiFi, one phone switching between the same WiFi and a separate 3G connection, both Android). I had rebooted the phone, and the tablet was a brand new install.

    Then it mysteriously resolved itself on both devices for no apparent reason. Literally the only common factor is my account.
