Somewhat urgent to the current game I'm playing: every time both me and my wife try to open the current game we're in, it crashes-meaning we can't play at all.

Over the past day, the game has been randomly crashing more and more frequently until now we can't even get in. I'm on Android 6 on a nexus 5X, my wife is on an iPhone 4.

This showstopping crash happened at the exact same time for both of us.

How can we get back in?? For something that cost $13 I expected to actually be able to play something

Looks like some kind of assertion error in `WorldUtils::GetPosToTarget`?

I've been having an extremely similar situation. I can perform every action in the game without excess crashing except go into my current match.

I've even deleted, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, logged back in, and it still crashes every time I try to get into my match.

(Developers, I am using an iPad Mini with iOS 9, if that helps in anyway)

Yes, me too! I'm glad I'm not the only one....

Currently can't access my current game at all. It always crashes after a bit loading. I'm still L1, currently on iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2

I hope all of you have also reported these issues through the in-game "Email us" button. That will include your device, operating system, and game name. It's what helps the devs most.

OH GOD! I still can't open my current game......please help me....

I'm missing out on something big! I can only know what's happening in the game through notifications.....

My people is being slaughtered without me beside them! This is madness! I will forever be known as a coward for "leaving" my kingdom by my subjects. But the truth is, my private sub is stuck between some rocks.

Seriously, I'm kinda mad at this point. I can see all my previous games (all has been finished), I can do tactical puzzles, I can also play normally using a different account on the same phone.

But this one match, titled "TopKilla Tournament Round 1", has lock me shut! Every time I tried to open the game, it loads for a while, then crashes! I've been away from the game for maybe 26 hours, and I can't stand seeing my outposts being targeted by many players, using the advantage of my inactivity.

After all of my emails that I have sent, none got replied. I just hope the devs at least read it. If not...well...don't worry! Someone else might say the same thing through their email!

Yeah, I'm so sad right now. I'm really sorry for my post here. I just want to share my sadness to everyone else here.

I am in the same game as myqzpalm above. It's been fine so far, but suddenly, in the last hour or two, I cannot open the game on my iPad3 (ios9) without the game crashing. I've rebooted and reinstalled the game- same issue.

On my iphone 6 (ios9), it loads OK and all is well.

Sadly no- can't load the game to use the email option!!!
