I'm using IOS V9.1(13B143)

When i click the button to Watch the video ad, I immediately get a message saying:
"Video Cancelled
To unlock unlimited scheduled orders you must either watch the enire video or buy L2 Security Clearance..."

I can't click on the OK button because there is a spinning wheel progress indicator.
If I return to the splash screen and then come back to the game, the progress indicator goes away and I can click OK, but I still don't have access to the queued orders.

I can reproduce this extremely consistently.

Ditto.... The net result... I traded a four slot queue for a two slit queue with the update.
