[SOLVED] Unable to cancel funding.

I'm thinking maybe it's because Neptunium is counted with decimals and then rounded for display.

I'm in a game right now where I can't stop funding another player.
He has a higher Neptunium output than me and just the other minute he passed the funding threshold (33 to my 52).
Now, I assumed the funding would automatically cancel at this point, but it seems to still be going, and there is no longer a button for me to cancel it.
Will I have to fight against my own funds now?
