This has been an issue ever since initial launch.

Not only does the game abruptly crash during high messaging volumes, but if several messages are awaiting to be read, I can't even open the game!

Of course I have a lot of messages to read... It crashes when I try to read them!

One can not play the game, never mind play successfully, without communicating to other players.

I paid for level 2 access because this game is fun and interactive AND it was promised that developers were fixing the bug.

Since you haven't fixed the problem you've had since initial launch, I don't suppose I can request a refund? You have not provided the service you have promised.

Was Happy but Now Frustrated!

For me, this happened 1 or 2 updates ago, now I get message crashes rarely, but they still happen.
I'm not too sure what causes this though.
