Saboteur duplicating when hired

Has happened twice in the game i am in, each time i hired a saboteur, it gives me 2, send an in app message as well

No bug, saboteurs and assassins always come in pairs. If you look here
http://play.subterfuge-game.com/docs/Rulebook/Specialists.html
you see it says Amount: 2 for both.
