Out of sonar subs visible if your base is targeted.

Not sure if this is new or intended, but if someone targets a base of yours out of your sonar range, it will be visible and alert you. No more sneak attacks with the current version.

I believe it was always intended, and not a bug.
Subterfuge never really was about sneak attacks anyway, since anything coming at you can be seen for at least 6 hours, usually 10.

I beleive this is a recent change as well. Threw me for a bit of a loop.
I prefer the idea that if it is not in sonar, it can not be seen. If there isn't an element of surprise, why the sonar at all? Might as well play Risk.
