I routinely get bugs and crash multuple times upon login and making orders. Your game is not enjoyable

I can not email you but my game will crash every time I try and open a certain game called Kim gong in ate my fried rice

I emailed them T. I hate this bug. yohoteyohoho is running an IPad Air 2 if that helps. Also the crash happens on the one game, no matter what device I use.

Hello yohoteyohoho and demortion! I'm going to assume you are in the same game together. Have you tried in game Email Us button from the main menu? That is the proffered way to reach Ron. He still checks the support email from time to time so your case is not in vain! Could you please PM me the specifics of your game?

The error you are seeing is a problem with your phone, not the subterfuge app. I'm not an apple support tech guy, however to to your mail settings and log in and out of your account. If that doesn't solve the issue sent me a PM on the forums so I can try and help.

I am in the same game as the two other individuals in the forum. I emailed support via the email in game and am awaiting a response. I have read that they can pause the game, until the error is fixed. Just to be clear the problem that is happening is everyone (10 people) in the match cannot enter it. We open subterfuge, can open other matches fine, but the game gives the spinning wheel of death when loading the match. I was just wondering if there is anything you can do and how much longer the email response will take (sent at 8:30 last night).

Can you give us more details on what's happening in the game?

There's a known bug that after 20-25 days of gameplay (mainly only domination games go that long) that the game starts to crash. This is due to the insane number of specialists and drillers in the game. Is the game you guys are in at this point? If so, you may need to find a way to get rid of some of the specialists, even if it requires assassinating or martyring them
