Minister of Energy production preview bug

  • Can be seen when an enemy hires a Minister of Energy, and has less than 300 drillers to go before reaching his cap. The time machine fails to allow for the additional driller cap and shows opposition factories as stopped, when if fact, you know they are not.

    Personally I would prefer to only see the cap reached by my factories, as I don't know what drillers are getting used in the dark and want to see the expected number of enemy's production without the cap.
