Something I have noticed randomly in the last few days is that occasionally when I am looking a fair bit into the future (say 20-odd hours) I will just be scrolling around and suddenly the time machine will jump to 48 hours on its own. I'm not totally sure what is causing this as I haven't been able to get solid repro steps.

Figured I would mention anyway, though. Will update if I notice any specific cause.

Same here. It also happens sometimes when dragging drills in a future event and you touch the screen in another place.

This happened to me tonight. I can tell you that I was scrubbed forward in time machine but NOT touching anything. Absolutely certain about that. All of a sudden the clock was at 48 hrs from now. I'm pretty sure that there were no other windows open - like a sub or outpost info screen - just the time machine.
