Battle summary problems

In my current anonymous game, I have run into this problem twice: Sometime in the last hour before my opponent's sub lands, what had been a clear victory for my defense suddenly changes. In the first instance, it showed my opponent having 2 kings instead of the one he had. In the 2nd, it added a 3rd general when he only had 2. The actual landing attack followed real results rather than the projection, but the possible flip made me alter plans.

I've noticed sometimes that I can see scheduled promotions that I shouldn't be able to. It's not normally obvious, but once someone was promoting an inspector to a security chief outside of my sonar range. When scrubbing into the future, it showed the shields increase, even though they hadn't confirmed the promotion and it was outside of my sonar range. I'm assuming something similar happened here. They had a lieutenant or hypnotist scheduled to be promoted, but then changed it before it actually was promoted.

This was my assumption too as I have had instances of that or seeing a prescheduled nav reroute. However, I dug a little bit, and in neither case did the opponent even have the required specialist to promote, let alone the ability to hire or promote someone at the time.
I'll try to remember to screen shot things like this in future.
