Game resigns, but it's not done

So in my game, I'm currently 3rd, about 35 hours from the finish. I looked at it this morning, and it says it's finished. Says I came 9th, and that 9 of 10 players auto resigned. The player that came first is already out of the game, resigned 3 days ago. Also, even though it says the game is finished, I can still order subs and hires. It's pretty much that the menu screen messed up, but the game is still active.

This happened to my game as well. Two days have passed since it said it ended, but I can still order subs. I can't, however, make any hires anymore (after two days). The stats aren't changing either.

Update. We all decided to play through to the end game goal. When we finished, the stats updated and the game completely finished.
