My Time Machine is giving two different results to the same fight, and it changes between the two verdicts every few minutes.
I'm attacking a factory, the other guy has a Tycoon, I'm planning on a King/Thief combo, and there seems to be some conflict between when my guys get there and when the factory produces 6 subs. Is there some other explanation for this, or is it just a glitch?

I've positioned the map such that the fight in question can be seen on the right edge of the screenshot.

It is very possible that Fenix is getting another driller booster, most likely another Tycoon elsewhere in the map which increases his outpost driller number to 24 from 18 (6 extra drillers = a new production cycle). Check the events log if he promoted any specialists to Tycoon, or perhaps it's a time machine bug where it is giving away a future promotion of his.
Otherwise, it could be that he was at driller cap, lost some drillers, which would then allow that factory to produce some more.

here i have same bug too. the time machine say red will produce 6 driller at the outpost when my 200 driller heading. but when i see the time red produce it still 32 min and now the time machine doesn't make sense (had a bug) it happend after i hire an admiral that boost my speed to 1.5x and gift it to red that slow my sub to 1x normal speed. but the actual happend red did not have the time to produce the 6 driller
