Did anon games change?

So I joined an anon game. 7/8 players, including me. The game then decided to open, and this is what the map looked like. I really think there is a bug here. Or am I just imagining things?

I haven't played an anon game yet (I'm scared) so I don't know what the new stuff is. From what I can tell the game looks normal. What bug do you think you see?

Oh no, anonymous hacked subterfuge. Now they know who we are and every lie we've ever told. That's it moving to Canada. No one would look for someone there.

The only difference I see is that you don't get to see the color names, everyone is Anonymous.
that's a dumb feature imo, but that's part of the new update

Once the game starts, the "names/colors" displays.

Everything is normal now. It was just weird for that first time I joined the game. And after I had come here and posted it, I went to look back at it and it wouldn't let me in
