time machine reporting invisible combat

This factory displays the exploding bubble of combat in my time machine, even though i see no combat

I have run into this before myself. I believe what happens is another player has scheduled a launch in the future to land at your outpost. This is a weird bug, and sort of allows you to see future orders of other players
