Well, it hasn't happened yet, so if there was a way we could fix it....
I was hoping for some admin to manually access and address the issue in the game, but I don't think that's an existing feature. It should be in case of emergencies though
Any hopes of fixing the issue in-game in my current situation?

If so, then this is just an effect of the bug that enables you to see subs after they leave your sonar range when using the time machine.
The time machine would allow you to target the queen's sub, but the game will later realise that it is going to leave your field of vision. This triggers the regular pirate glitch (pirate goes around the map until the sub has arrived, usually caused by a navigator).
