Every once and a while I find mini glitches in the game, normally regarding specs and them disappearing. But here's my most recent one. As you can see, King is owned by teal, and his tycoon is currently in transit to King (which you can't see from the pics). When it arrives, the outpost goes dormant and the tycoon becomes captive (at his own outpost)

Odd..

I had this happen to me last game. I was moving a general and it looked like he was going to get captured by my own base, causing all my future orders to turn red. (Which gave me a heart attack) The truth is that the time machine has a few missing screws and we need to accept that we'll need to refresh the app and the time machine starts working again.

Yeah, I came here, made the post, and went back and it had corrected itself. Small price to pay for such an amazing game
