Fake red orders

Sometimes I see red scheduled orders where nothing is wrong.

This is pretty common with smugglers.
Also, there's a weird glitch that if you take an outpost and have an order set after it and it looks good on your account, it may fail because of a king promotion or general or something you can't see. The game knows you can't see it and normally won't point it out, but sometimes it screws up

Then the second scenario is likely.

It must be a game breakdown. It wasn't a bad thing looking good, it was a good thing looking bad.
