Specialists don't refresh

Anytime I abruptly lose internet connection and reconnect later, the game thinks I'm on two separate devices. And then my specialist's page doesn't refresh to the next three specialists if I don't choose one the first time.

As much as I enjoy how friendly you two are, I believe our good friend would much rather get some help with his problem.
The game warning you about being connected on two different devices is just a default message that appears whenever the game has a problem that might cause it to crash, it works as a safety net. It appears to basically everyone who plays Subterfuge, and the game doesn't truly think you are on two devices.
As for your exact problem with specialists, I don't believe I quite understand what you are describing, but here is my best shot. If you are clicking on the icon at the bottom of the screen and it isn't refreshing correctly, try hiring directly through your queen by clicking on the queen specialist icon and selecting a specialist from the top of the screen. That is how I usually do it and I have not had any trouble.

We are not friends, we were opposite from each other in that game I just wanted to point out that we played before.

Yes, but seriously the guy comes here with an issue, so let's not hijack it with random hellos...
Back to your problem :
- how many available picks do you have ?
- are you seeing the current specialist draft ?
- are you seeing the next draft available ?
I don't know how familiar you are with the game but :
- it's normal that you only see 2 drafts, even if you have more than 2 picks available
- you have to pick/promote through each draft; no swapping or skipping, no matter how many available picks you have
Back to your problem :
