Opponents factory is shown as still manufacturing drillers after I capture his queen. All of this happens in the future. His factory is shown as being eliminated but the driller number increases and doesn't show the future accurately.

When one of your opponent is eliminated, his factories still produce drillers and his outpost's shields are still charged. They don't become dormant outposts.
