I can't properly see the game I was playing

Hi all,
I just reported via email that I cannot see anymore the game I was playing. See the screenshots, it looks like there are 0 players.
Has anyone seen this kind of problem before?

Now it's working again.
Maybe the support fixed it.

I periodically have this problem. Then it solves, I don't know if it's because I write to the support or it solves from itself.
Anyone experience the same?

Currently I have the problem on another game.

I also have the same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but the problem is still there. Any ideas for help?

Same problem here. Tried rebooting phone and logging in on a different device. Still didn’t help.
