Until yesterday, I was getting regular notifications to both my iPhone and iPad about In-game events.

Suddenly, neither device is getting any notifications (or the odd one or two which is late). As you can imagine, this is a problem for fast reactions to attacks etc.

Is anyone getting this issue and is there some way I fix it?

I don't have the problem of no notifications but I have noted delayed notifications. My first thought is that the servers might be a bit over loaded due to the sudden influx of new players but can't say for sure.

It is quite confusing though as getting notifications for events that happened hours ago can throw you.

And here I was thinking my internet connection was problematic. I'm seeing this behaviour as well.

There was some server maintainance a few hours ago so I'm hoping this is related and will be fixed soon. It's a Sunday though, so things resolving things could be a bit slower...

Greetings, I'm sorry if this have been asked/reported before. Tried the search button, no results.

Me and my brother are new players from Indonesia (SEA), trying a 1v1 duel game. 3rd day, and I found out that the notifications (for example : opponent submarine attack my outpost) were late for exact 2 hours.

Is it intended? Or is it because of the differences in time zones?

I actually just realized that my phone's timezone is set to Eastern (GMT-4:00) and already set it back to Jakarta (GMT+7:00). But if that's the case, the notification should've came 11 hours late. I'll reply again if the notification arrive on time after the GMT change.

Hi Ganzaru, there are a few other reports about this so I merged your post with the other topic about this issue. You might be on to something with the timezone comment.

Hi and thanks Stefan! For today's report, I didn't got any result if the notifications come in time, in fact there're no notifications instead. Since the server is currently unstable, maybe It's better to analyze later.

this has been happening to me as well. Seems to ebb and flow in notifications...often I log in to see a bunch of messages I was never notified of. Other times I receive them as is supposed to happen.

we had to redo how we handle push notifications, so PNs have been a bit glitchy over the last 3 days. give us another day or so and they should be totally fine.

Just wanting to check on this, I'm having issues with it on Android. My notifications come varied durations late, and usually only come after I play the game and then exit, then I'll get notifications for things I'm already aware of that happened hours ago.

Chat notifications seem to work fine though, its just gameplay ones that aren't.
