video screen capture with audio commentary

Hi, I play on iPad mini 2 with the latest iOS 9.0.2 and after I press the camera button and switched to landscape, if I choose not to allow to give access my mic and screen, it crashes and landing to my home screen.- silviud

known bug due to an issue on apple's side. hopefully they fix this soon.-
