Purchasing a L2 Security Clearance but not showing in app

Hey, I just bought subterfuge and I wanted to purchase the L2 clearance. So I paid the 10 bucks to do so but my account didn't update the information, I still have a L1 clearance. It also lost 10 bucks in my iTunes account. What should I do to either 1. Update my information or 2. Get my money back.

Hi there,

Welcome to the forums and thanks for purchasing L2 clearance! I'm an Android user and what has seemed to work on Android in the rare instance this happens, is:
* Restart the device just to be sure
* Try to purchase L2 again, but stop at the last step.
* At this point Google verifies that you've already purchased L2 clearance and gives it to you.

I'm not sure if this trick also works on iOS.

If it doesn't you can always send an e-mail to contact@subterfuge-game.com, please attach your iTunes receipt.
