I hired a Helmsman. Checked back in awhile later, he was gone. Vanished without a trace. Anyone else ever have a specialist fail to materialize when hiring?

That one is new to me. Can you please send a feedback email from within the game so that the devs can map back to the issue? There is an "email us" button on the lower right hand side of the screen you can use for this purpose.

sounds like the order didn't go through. is he still available for hire?

this was over a day ago, I can't recall exactly when. I logged in and saw the "1 available for hire" badge above the Queen icon. I forget the other 2 choices but I tapped Helmsman, and Finalize. I did a few other actions, and a little later I went to send him out, and he was just gone. And the hire timer had been reset. Was weird.
Anyway, thanks for the response, I'll email that info! Appreciate it!
