someone in a pub game I'm playing in has -44 drillers
How's this possible

which game? what's their screen name?

the game is just called "First game," I don't know if there's any way to get a game ID or something like that

is somebody looking into this? I think he might be cheating.

If they are cheating, that really seems like the wrong direction to nudge the driller count.

I think they sent 44 more drillers from the outpost than were actually stationed at it, through some kind of exploit, resulting in a -44 count on the base, but 44 new offensive drillers out of thin air. or something like that.

there's a sub just recently sent from the -44 base, and the icon says it contains 49 drillers, but when you click it, the little tooltip says 45. it's projected to capture a 20-driller enemy factory and, immediately after capture, the fac is projected to have 63 drillers left over in it, somehow.

there's definitely something wrong here, and it's bothering me.

Can you rewind a little move and see when they launch those 45 drillers? How many were in the outpost when they launched?

I can't, unfortunately, because they weren't in my sonar then. When I captured the nearby outpost, the 45/49 sub had just departed. I'll ask another player in my game for screenshots.
