I Found the Problem with the Video Uploads

So, there were some issues with the Live Broadcast Game where any of us with the iPhone 5s couldn't upload our videos with the audio commentary. These issues may have been resolved, but not by me, haha. I don't know if there's a solution, but I found the problem.

You see, when the game is recording the audio commentary, it is also recording the game sounds. However, when it saves those two audio files, it must save them separately.
When viewing the video in "Movies & TV" on my PC, I noticed that I can choose between two different audio files: One plays my voice, the other plays the game sounds. I believe that when Youtube tries to upload that video, it only takes the game sounds.
Is there a way for me to fix this? I really enjoy the recording tool and want to use it.

I don't see why the in-game sounds wouldn't be recorded in with the mic sounds. The in-game sounds do play through the speakers right?

I couldn't tell you. All I know is, the two audios are saved separately.

I figured out how to fix the issue.
Once i get the file on my laptop i use quicktime(you can use any file conversion program) to convert the file to an mp4 and upload the new file. The audio attaches to the video file and it works great!
