Purchase failed

  • A little backstory...

    I originally started playing during the beta, about a week before launch. I purchased (free) an L2 Security Clearance during this time, fully expecting it to go away at launch. Launch day came and I retained my L2 Clearance, much to my surprise. A couple days later, my clearance disappeared (I assumed there had just been a delay in the backend systems.) When I clicked on the button to purchase a new L2 Clearance, I was given the clearance without ever having to actually pay for it (i.e. Input billing info.) I thought this was quite odd.

    Fast forward to today, I've lost my Clearance again. However, this time when I try to buy the Clearance I'm given the error message "Purchase failed: Invalid receipt". I have even tried unisntalling the game and reinstalling, no luck. I want to spend money on the game, but I can't. Every time I try, the game slaps me down. :?
