Pirate Time Machine issue.

There's a weird bug in the way the Time Machine handles certain Pirate paths. If the Pirate is targeting a sub that is outside your Sonar range, then the Time Machine always has the Pirate turning around and returning to base at 4x speed at the next tick. In reality, however, the Pirate continues moving forward at 2x speed.

This is preventing me from sending my own Pirate to intercept his.
